Always transparent. No surprises and no hidden fees. While I am in residency and my availability is somewhat limited I want to keep the fees low - roughly half to two thirds the rate of the closest DPC clinic to here. Patients who start with me now will have the same rate for the time that I am in residency and for my first year out. I will discuss new rates with them prior to any change. There will never be a surprise bill from Your Best Health.

 

$125 sign up fee/intake visit 1-2 hour time to get a complete history, health goals and decide if we are a good fit for each other - for families in a household this will be $125 for each adult and no sign up fee for household members under 21 who are signed up at the same time as the adults, minor children who are signed up at a later date will incur a $50 sign up fee, newborns to a member family will be signed up with no additional sign up cost.

$75 monthly for first person

$125 monthly for two adults in a household

$25 each additional household member under 21 years of age

$200 for a family of 2 adults and 3 or more children

 

$125 urgent care fee for family/friends of members who are visiting

from out of town and have an acute need.
